Why I Built Scenaptic.AI
I’m Carlos Sanchez-Lozano, MBA, PhD, and I’ve spent my career building simulations that help people develop expert judgment before the stakes are real.
I trained as an aerospace engineer, and from NASA simulation software in the UK to my PhD research in Canada, my work has always centred on simulation-based learning, later leading to immersive experiences exhibited at the Bibliothèque nationale de France and developed for organisations including MarViva.
For more than twenty years as a professor and instructor, I’ve taught software design, data analytics, and AI across Canada, Colombia, Costa Rica, and France. My programmes have welcomed participants from organisations including Amazon, PwC, McKinsey, and government agencies. My research on AI received a Special Distinction from the British Journal of Educational Technology.
