The AI Mission Lab in Action

One four-hour live session, small group, fully hands-on. You'll receive a short primer beforehand so we start right away.

Hour 1 — Into the World. Step into the simulation, meet the situation, and learn to read the work through the AI Mission Brief.

Hour 2 — The Data. Put Claude to work on the company's real, messy records — and draw conclusions from information that never comes clean.

Hour 3 — The Build. Go hands-on with Claude against the simulation's central decision, and see what your calls produce.

Hour 4 — Your Work. Turn everything on a process you own, and leave with Claude set up around it and your next step defined.

The simulation is set outside your own field on purpose — a small craft house facing a very real dilemma. But it's built on the AI challenges that recur across every industry and role: messy data, competing priorities, knowing where to trust AI and where judgment must lead. Whether your world is jewellery, retail, finance, or healthcare, the thinking transfers directly.

✔ Dig into real, messy data. Explore the company's actual financials, sales, and records — incomplete and imperfect, the way real data always is. You practise drawing sound conclusions from information that never comes perfectly clean.

✔ Read the real documents. Work from the genuine artefacts of a living company — the acquisition offer on the table, board notes, an artisan's letter, a market report — not a tidy one-page summary.

Test your proposals against a realistic model: A working model of the business. Behind the simulation sits a carefully built model of how the company actually works — how its craft, its people, its clients, and its finances all affect one another. When you propose a course of action, you can run it through this model and see the likely ripple effects across the whole business, over time. It's the difference between guessing whether an idea would work and seeing how it plays out in a system that behaves like the real thing.

Meet Carlos

I've spent decades building interactive learning worlds and turning that craft into a structured way of finding where AI belongs in real work. With an MBA and a PhD in educational technology, I've taught AI and technology to professionals and university students across four countries, trained teams from companies like Amazon, PwC, and McKinsey, as well as government agencies, and built AI tools inside real organisations. I've presented my work on learning and simulation at leading conferences across North America, Latin America, and Europe, including at Harvard. My research on AI in learning earned a Special Distinction from the British Journal of Educational Technology. I work with these tools every day — and I'll be guiding you through this experience myself.
