A course shows you AI applied in your field. This goes further: everything is built around you. The scenario, the data, the characters, and a working AI agent are all constructed from a real workflow you choose — the one that actually matters in your work. This is a bespoke engagement, not a class. Working one-to-one — or with your team — your own expertise drives every decision, the way it does in your real work. We take a workflow you bring, classify the problem properly, and build a scenario around it: realistic data drawn from your context, stakeholders you can interrogate, and an AI agent built on your actual process. The approach comes from twenty years of designing simulations for aerospace, defence, and demanding corporate environments — where the cost of misdefining a problem is catastrophic. After the first session, you receive a bespoke workbook built from your own workflow — your process mapped step by step, your tasks plotted on your AI Envelope, and daily exercises of about thirty minutes each that assemble, piece by piece, a complete professional prompt. Not a template with your name on it: a document that could belong to no one else.
• Practice on data that mirrors yours. Your scenario runs on synthetic data built to the structure of your real documents — so you practise on cases that look exactly like your work, with none of the confidentiality risk.
• A working AI agent on your own process. Built together, on your actual workflow, ready to use the day the engagement ends.
• Working with confidential documents. Clear rules for what can touch which tool — and where your work requires it, a private AI environment inside your own infrastructure, so sensitive documents never leave it.
• Direct access throughout. Questions between sessions go straight to me — no community forum, no support queue.

• Week 2: The next step is hands-on: you apply real tools to your own scenario, build your agent, and leave with proof of exactly where AI fits your work.
