Design Your AI Advantage
From AI Anxiety to AI Competence
Your expertise is the asset. In one focused month (four live sessions), learn exactly where AI belongs in your work — and leave with a plan and tools you can use.
Design Your AI Advantage — Founding Cohort (Early Bird Before July 20)

Is This You?
You're not a beginner. You're good at what you do. You just haven't had anyone show you where AI fits in your work. This is what experienced professionals told us before taking our courses. Sound familiar?
- "I want to be ready for the speed of AI — to understand how it works and where it fits at work." — Program Director
- "I use AI daily in my job, but I'm left to my own devices." — Senior Implementation Consultant, Software
- "The courses I find are high-level, beginner, 'how to prompt' content. I want something more advanced." — SAAS Professional
- "I want to gain confidence using AI in my work — I'm not fully comfortable with the technology yet." — Director of Certification, Regulatory Body
- "My challenge is translating AI concepts into practical, day-to-day applications in my role."— Executive, Consulting
If that sounds like you, you're exactly who this is for — whether you're an individual contributor, a director, or running your own company. You've moved past the basics, you don't want to become a programmer, and you're wondering whether there's more you can do. There is. And it starts with the expertise you already have.
Built on Your Expertise
Your experience is the starting point — not something to set aside. The method starts with what you already know best: your hard-won expertise.
An Actionable Plan & Practical Tools
Leave with a clear plan and tools for where AI belongs in a real process you own — ready to take to your boss, client, or boardroom.
Learn in the Room
A small cross-industry cohort. Seeing the same problem through other expert eyes, in a shared scenario, is where learning sharpens most.
How It Works
An intensive month, built around one immersive scenario. You learn the method together, then turn it on your own work.
Four live sessions on Zoom, 2 hours each, one a week. All sessions are recorded, so if you miss one — or want to revisit it — it's yours to watch anytime.
Before we begin — a short, self-paced primer (The Expertise Advantage) so you arrive ready to go deep, not start from scratch.
Session 1 — Orientation, the case, and the landscape of AI. Step into the scenario, learn to read any kind of work through the Scenaptic Lens, meet the full family of AI tools, and choose a process from your own work to carry through the month.
Session 2 — Analytics, data, and designing solutions. Work the scenario's real challenges — siloed data, messy inputs — and start mapping which kinds of AI fit which parts of the work, with your first hands-on application.
Session 3 — Building the solution. Go hands-on, building real, usable AI tools against the scenario — and then against your own chosen workflow.
Session 4 — Your Workflow. Turn everything on your own work, shape it into a clear, costed plan, and present it for feedback — plus governance, ethics, and where to go next.
Between sessions: the scenario keeps unfolding through guided fieldwork, a private community space keeps the thinking alive, and you get a one-on-one to refine your own project.
What You Walk Away With
This isn’t a course you finish with a folder of notes you’ll never open. You leave with things you’ll actually use:
- A clear map of the AI landscape — not a longer list of tools, but an understanding of how the pieces fit and which ones matter for your kind of work.
- The Scenaptic Lens — a method you keep, and can point at any workflow long after the cohort ends.
- Working AI tools, built around your own work — not generic demos. You build and leave with real, usable tools tailored to a process you own.
- A clear, costed plan — for where AI belongs in your work, ready to take to your boss, a client, or a boardroom and defend in your own voice.
No technical background required. Your judgement — not your coding ability — is what drives good AI decisions. See the difference below!
Bring AI to your hardest calls — without the risk of learning on the job.
An Advanced Immersive Scenario
This isn’t a case study you read. It’s a world you step into and act in — with its people, its data, and decisions that don’t come with a tidy right answer, because real work never does.
And your decisions have consequences. Make a call, and you see what it produces — and why. Not a grade. An outcome, explained.
That’s how judgement becomes transferable. You practise the full range, from the practical to the strategic, in a place where the stakes are real but the risk is not — then turn it on your own work, having already done it for real once.
